Meetings

MONTHLY BUSINESS MEETINGS shall be held the Second Sunday of each month from April through December at 5:00 P.M. to 6:00P.M. Meetings shall be held at 2620 West 95th Street in Evergreen Park, IL (95th Street between Western Ave. and California Ave.) unless otherwise noted on the CTMC pager line.

a. Quorum: 10 voting members shall constitute a quorum to conduct legal business of the assembly.
b. Parliamentary Authority: The rules contained in Roberts Rules of Order Made Simple shall govern the CTMC in all cases, which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with these By-laws.

SPECIAL MEETINGS may be called by any member of the Executive Committee. Notification of said special meeting should be made on the CTMC pager number no less than four (4) days prior to the special meeting date.

CLUB OFFICER MEETINGS shall be held on the first Sunday of February and March at a location to be determined by the President. The Executive Committee as needed can call additional meetings throughout the year.

CANCELLATION of any meeting must occur at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled meeting date. Notification shall be made on the CTMC pager number. A meeting may be cancelled at any time due to bad weather. Cancellation of a Club Officers' meeting requires notification to each officer by the Recording Secretary.

MEETING TO CRUISE can occur at any time and can be suggested by any member by calling the CTMC pager number and requesting a cruise or by calling fellow members and inviting them out to a specified meeting place.
