- Show up on time for cruises, events, trips etc.
- Arrive with a clean Mustang.
- All drivers and passengers must wear seatbelts at all
times.
- Stay within a car’s length of the car you are
following and don’t let non-CTMC cars cut in front of you.
- Follow the hand signals off the lead car or Sergeants-at-Arms
for one lane, two lanes or three lanes.
- Use your turn signal when turning or changing lanes.
- If a lane change is necessary but difficult, the lead
car and second car in line should change to the new lane. The second car
should then slow down allowing all of the other cars in the club to go
in front of it. The second car then becomes the last car in line. The
Sergeants-at-Arms will perform this function in most cases.
- If some cars behind you get caught at a stoplight, flash
your lights so that the caravan knows to pull over and wait for the other
cars. When you see the lights of the car behind you flashing, flash yours
too until the lead car knows what is happening.
- Try not to break traffic laws.
- Be careful not to rear-end the Mustang in front of you.
- All non-Mustang vehicles must drive at the end of the
caravan.
- All cars must have a valid, current insurance card in
the glove box of the car.
- All drivers and passengers must wear seatbelts at all
times.
- Absolutely no drinking and driving.
